Where the Seneschal acts on the Prince's Behalf

This is the official meeting point of most Daeva, and though the clan does not meet officially anywhere, it is here where they typically congregate. It was here that Martin Keening was first elected Priscus of the clan, oh so many years ago. And it is here that clan politicks is most wont to happen. It isn't spoken of to other clans. That would be uncouth.

It is here that the Gangrel meet, tell tales and wile away the long nights just on the edge of Calgary.

It is this Mansion, the Wicher House, that the Mekhet call their clan meetings. Bought and renovated by Oslo Horodovych in the 1950s it doesn't have the security amenities of more modern buildings, but what it doesn't have in high voltage fences and infrared beams it makes up in being the very home of the secretive and reclusive Mekhet.

Connected to the sewers and through a service elevator in the Plaza theater is the reclusive gathering place for those that call themselves Nosferatu.

While the business of leading a city goes on above their heads during the day, it is here during the night that the true leading is done.

It is here that the Carthians find their strength and solidarity behind their unwavering ideals. It is here that voices speak out democratically and it is here that rest, respite and relief can be had from the top-heavy heavy-handed justice of this Invictus dominated domain.

The double front doors are solid oak, wrought with decorative mistletoe. And through those heavy front doors is the sanctuary of the Circle of the Crone. Rituals and evocations are invoked here in the dead of night on hardwood floors and persian rugs amongst fine art and priceless antiques.

Built by Vincent LeClair at the turn of the century the Inner Sanctum sits beneath the Calgary Tower. Warm and inviting to some, dark and foreboding to others the Inner Sanctum is the dwelling of all that is the Invictus in Calgary.

Whether it is an official calling to order or petition from below the Invictus hold their most reverent and private functions here. It is a place of teaching and indoctrination.

It is here that those functions most holy to the Lancea Sanctum are held. It is here that the quiet murmurings of the covenant are whispered and where they come to congregate in solemnity.
